Supporting the Gulf pharmaceutical industry and medical supplies factories to achieve Gulf drug security.

Coordinating with the Ministries of Health in Member States and participating hospitals to prepare the annual unified procurement plan

Supervising the process of receiving samples and ensuring the safety of their use, registration, storage and tendering

Coordinating the process of selecting items, standards, specifications, quantity of pharmaceutical preparations, medical supplies and equipment required by the Ministries of Health in Member States, and studying and standardizing the preparation of bids for tenders

Receiving and sorting tender documents and preparing comparison tables between tenders

Preparing a list of companies qualified to tender for medicines, medical supplies and equipment, and submitting them to the preparation committee for approval
